Turnaround time: Up to 120 minutes (additional charges apply)

3.2 Reporting Requirements

  • Valid identification documents for verification
  • Payment confirmation and booking details
  • Accessible reporting location with proper parking
  • Contact person available at reporting location
  • Vehicle inspection and documentation completion
  • Clear pickup location details and contact information

3.3 Reporting Charges

Reporting charges vary based on location, distance, and service type. Charges are calculated from garage to garage - if the pickup location is not directly served, the vehicle will be dispatched from the nearest rental location. Standard reporting within city limits is typically included in the rental price. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Outstation reporting
  • Express reporting services
  • Reporting outside standard business hours
  • Special location requirements
  • Extended waiting time or route changes

3.4 Reporting Time Clarification

Important: Our reporting system works as follows:

  • Confirmed Bookings: Vehicle reports 15 minutes before the mentioned reporting time
  • Urgent/Last-minute Bookings: Turnaround time is up to 120 minutes to deploy vehicle and reach pickup point
  • Advance Bookings: Recommended for better service and availability

4. Service Completion

4.1 Service End Options

Drop-off at Destination

Chauffeur drops you at your specified destination

Service ends at your chosen location

Time and Kms will be counted till garage

Airport Drop-off

Chauffeur drops you at airport terminals

Service ends at airport departure area

Time and Kms will be counted till garage

Return to Office

Chauffeur returns vehicle to our nearest office location

No additional charges for standard returns

Time and Kms will be counted till garage

Important: Charges are applicable from garage to garage. If the drop-off location is not directly served, the vehicle will be dispatched from the nearest rental location and charges will be calculated accordingly.

4.2 Service Completion Requirements

  • All personal belongings removed from vehicle
  • Vehicle inspection completed by chauffeur
  • Service completion confirmation received
  • Payment settlement (if any additional charges apply)
  • Clear communication of any service issues or concerns

  • Email confirmations with driver details
  • Live tracking through our mobile app (where available)
  • Direct communication with assigned driver

6.2 Driver Information

You will receive driver contact information, vehicle details, and estimated arrival time before reporting or service completion.
