Frequently asked questions
How is one-way different from outstation?
Outstation trips are round-trip — billed garage to garage with return kilometers included, even for a one-side drop. One-way drop service is point-to-point — you pay only for the one side. Rates are different, and one-way is only available on select routes.
Which vehicles are available for one-way drops?
One-way is available in Swift Dzire (sedan, 4 passengers) and Maruti Ertiga (SUV, 6 passengers) only. Premium sedans, Innova Crysta, tempo travellers and buses are not offered for one-way drops.
How much advance notice is needed?
24 to 48 hours is ideal. One-way availability depends on vehicle positioning in the destination city, so early notice improves your chances of getting the vehicle and rate you want.
From which cities can I book a one-way cab?
We currently offer one-way drop service from 13 cities: Jaipur, Ajmer, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Agra, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Vadodara, Delhi, Amritsar, Chandigarh, Mumbai and Pune. Destinations are flexible — ask us for availability on your specific route.
How is the one-way rate calculated?
One-way drops are billed as a fixed per-trip rate that varies by route, vehicle type and date. Tolls, parking and interstate taxes are charged at actuals. GST at 5% applies. Contact us for an exact quote for your route and date.
