Vibrantcar Rentals Private Limited supplies chauffeur-driven cars, SUVs, tempo travellers and coaches to businesses, event agencies, wedding families and travellers in more than 100 Indian cities. We have done this since 2020, on written service levels and GST-compliant monthly billing.

What we are, in plain terms

We are a business-to-business ground-transport company. Our customers are companies that need people moved reliably: executives between airports, hotels and offices; employees between home and a plant or campus in shifts; delegates between venues at a conference; wedding guests between hotels and a palace. We also run private-car tours of Rajasthan and the Golden Triangle for travellers who want the same standard of vehicle and driver.

Pricing is by proposal, not by rate card, because the cost of a route depends on the city, the vehicle class, the duty pattern and the contract length. We would rather send a written quotation that holds than a per-kilometre number that does not.

Our head office is in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We hold GST registrations in Rajasthan, Gujarat and Maharashtra, so customers in those states are invoiced from a local registration; customers elsewhere are billed interstate. Every registration below can be checked on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and GST portals.

Our own offices

Four cities are run from Vibrantcar's own offices with our own operations staff. Bookings in Rajasthan, Gujarat and Maharashtra are handled and invoiced locally; every other city is served through contracted partners held to the same service levels, with Jaipur as the single point of contact.

How we work

Contracted, not on demand

We do not run an app that matches a trip to whichever driver accepts. A customer shares routes, timings and service expectations; we propose a fleet mix, SLAs and backup cover; both sides sign it. Ad hoc trips are booked against that account, so every movement has an owner.

Chauffeur-driven, always

Every vehicle comes with a verified driver. We do not offer self-drive. Drivers are police-verified, hold commercial licences and the state badges their city requires, and are inducted on conduct, phone use and route discipline before they take a corporate duty.

One vendor across cities

In cities where we operate our own or long-term partner fleet, the driver, the vehicle standard and the escalation path are ours. In other cities we contract partners to the same SLA and remain your single point of contact and single invoice. We say which is which before you sign.

Billing that survives an audit

One consolidated monthly tax invoice per entity, on forward charge from a body corporate, with cost-centre or employee tags on each trip line, tolls and parking at actuals with proof, and a trip-level export your finance team can reconcile.

Backups written down

Reporting time, vehicle condition, replacement time on breakdown and the escalation matrix are in the SLA with numbers against them. If a commitment is missed, the credit is defined in advance rather than argued afterwards.

Honest about what we can prove

We do not publish on-time percentages, trip counts or client logos we cannot substantiate. When we can share measured performance, it will appear here with the method behind it.

The fleet

Sedans such as the Dzire, Etios and Honda City; the Toyota Innova Crysta and Hycross as the working standard for executives and small groups; premium sedans and SUVs from Toyota, BMW and Mercedes-Benz for leadership and weddings; Force tempo travellers and Urbania and Toyota HiAce vans for groups of nine to twenty-six; and coaches from 29 to 49 seats for bulk movement.
