Vadodara to Ahmedabad is the return half of Gujarat's busiest business corridor, and for most of our passengers it ends at Ahmedabad airport rather than a hotel. Vadodara's own airport has limited connections, so an early-morning sedan to SVPI for the first flights out is the run we get asked for most. Fixed sedan fare, tolls extra, and a chauffeur who knows which terminal entrance to use.
Route description
Pickup at Alkapuri, Sayajigunj, the station, Makarpura GIDC or a Savli or Halol plant, then onto the expressway at its Vadodara end. Ninety kilometres of closed road bring you to Aslali on Ahmedabad's southern edge. From there the Sardar Patel Ring Road avoids the city for the airport, for GIFT City and Gandhinagar, and for the SG Highway hotel belt; drops in the old city or at Ashram Road go through Narol and the eastern suburbs. Early morning the whole thing is ninety minutes; at 18:00 the ring road can add half an hour.
