Wedding Transport in Jaipur

Baraat cars · Guest shuttles · Venue transfers · Airport runs

Jaipur weddings run on tight choreography. Guests fly into one airport, checkers spread across five or six hotels in C-Scheme, Civil Lines and Amer, and the functions move between the Rambagh lawns, a Chokhi Dhani sundowner and a fort-top pheras ceremony. Vibrantcar handles the moving parts — airport arrivals, hotel-to-venue shuttles, the baraat vehicle, VIP pickups and the morning-after airport runs — from a single planner contact so your wedding coordinator does not have to juggle five small vendors.

End-to-end wedding mobility for Jaipur

We start planning two to four weeks before the event with a transport brief from your wedding planner: guest arrival windows, venue list, function times and the VIP list. From that we build a vehicle schedule — how many sedans meet the Delhi flight at 18:30, how many Innovas stage at the hotel lobby from 19:00, which tempo travellers do the Chokhi Dhani run and which mini-coaches loop back for second shuttles. On the day, a dedicated WhatsApp group keeps the planner, the groom's family lead and our operations desk in sync. Every vehicle carries bottled water, phone chargers and a backup driver is on call for each 10-vehicle batch.

Fleet we deploy for Jaipur weddings

Our typical deployment is a mix of Innova Crysta SUVs for family groups and close guests, sedans (Dzire, Camry) for senior VIPs and the couple's own movement, 12- and 17-seater tempo travellers for shuttles within 15 km, and 26- to 49-seater mini-coaches for the Chokhi Dhani or sangeet-venue runs outside the city. For the baraat itself we offer a decorated vintage car (classic Ambassador or Mercedes E-Class), an open-top car for the couple's exit, and a mare-and-band coordination vehicle that follows the procession. Luxury SUVs (Fortuner, Endeavour) are available for the pheras-day couple movements.

Popular wedding venues we regularly serve

The Jaipur wedding map has three clusters. Palace hotels and heritage lawns — Rambagh, Jai Mahal, Samode Haveli, Raj Palace, Chomu Palace, Shiv Vilas, ITC Rajputana. Farmhouse venues north and east of the city — Fairmont Jaipur, Tijara Fort-Palace, Chokhi Dhani. And the smaller boutique havelis in the walled city. Our chauffeurs know the narrow lanes of the walled city, which palace gates take which vehicle size, and where guest drop-offs can stage without blocking traffic — small operational details that matter when 200 cars are converging in one hour.

Airport, hotel and inter-venue transfers

Jaipur International Airport (JAI) is 30 minutes from most city hotels and 45–60 minutes from Amer-side palaces. For arrivals we stage vehicles at terminal 2 with signage boards; baggage staff help guests load. For departures we schedule pickups 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic, with a 15-minute buffer built in. Inter-venue shuttles between hotel and function venue run on a 'hub and spoke' pattern — one vehicle seats guests, drops at the venue, returns for the next batch.

Billing, invoicing and GST

Wedding transport invoices are consolidated per function (mehendi / sangeet / wedding / reception / departures) so the family accountant has a clean audit trail. Billing can be in the name of the bride's or groom's family, the wedding planner's company or a corporate entity — whichever is easiest for reimbursement. GST invoices are raised with 5% or 12% SAC as applicable and e-way bills are issued for inter-state vehicle movement.

Frequently asked questions

How many vehicles do I need for a 300-guest Jaipur destination wedding?

As a working rule: one tempo traveller or mini-coach for every 20–25 guests for shuttles, plus a buffer fleet of 8–10 Innovas for VIP pickups, plus 3–4 sedans for the immediate family and couple, plus 1 decorated baraat car and a luxury SUV for the pheras day. For 300 guests that usually lands at 18–22 vehicles across the peak function day.

Can you arrange a decorated vintage car for the baraat?

Yes. Our regular baraat options are a classic Ambassador, a vintage Mercedes E-Class, an open-top Thar and a white Innova Crysta with fresh flower decor. The vintage options book out during peak season (November–February), so we recommend locking 6 weeks ahead.

Will the same driver stay with us through the wedding?

Yes — the vehicles assigned to the family and the couple are dedicated for the duration of the wedding, same driver each day. Shuttle-pool vehicles rotate based on the schedule but are also staffed with drivers who have done the venue-to-hotel route in the rehearsal.

Do you coordinate with our wedding planner directly?

That's our default. We prefer a single planner-side POC for transport decisions so the family is not pulled into vehicle routing. A shared WhatsApp group keeps everyone visible without meetings.

Is GST invoicing available? Can we issue invoices in multiple names?

Yes. We can issue consolidated invoices in the bride's family name, groom's family name or the wedding planner's company — whichever simplifies reimbursement. 5% or 12% GST applies depending on vehicle category; e-way bills are raised for inter-state vehicle deployment.
